Meet Angela Knight

AN EXECUTIVE COACH & CONSULTANT FOR HIGH GROWTH BUSINESSES & LEADERS

LOOKING TO ADAPT IN AN EVER-CHANGING WORLD ORDER.

I spent 30 years as a retail executive working for World Class Brands like The Limited, Bath & Body Works, Victoria’s Secret, Pier 1 Imports and Ulta Beauty where I received “The Harvard Education” of Business Management and Leadership. I learned to be strategic, analytical, the importance of surrounding yourself with smart, ambitious, highly engaged teams as well as the customer experience and service.

I know how to look at your business and react with a sense of urgency to current business trends, anticipate what’s around the corner and have a reaction that’s nimble and flexible. I’ve seen firsthand how quickly a company can rise to beat every financial and business goal that they’ve set for themselves year after year as a result of adapting an Agile Framework and I’ve also experienced how quickly one can fall when it’s lost.

I know the significant impact having or not having an Agile Framework has on Leaders.

Agility is the Certainty in the Uncertainty

SIMPLY PUT IT BECOMES THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN

Highly Engaged Workforce

Low Morale

Lost Trust

Fear High

Produce Positive Results

Low Standards

& Performance

A Succession Plan

High Turnover

Inconsistency

Long-Term Growth For The Organization

Bad Customer Experience & Lost Revenue

Things begin to unravel

WHEN COMPANIES LOSE SIGHT OF THEIR NORTH STAR.

Like a snowball rolling downhill picking up speed and more snow along the way until it eventually reaches the bottom where that snowball is a boulder the size of a small country that leaders are expected to lift and roll back up the mountain. I’ve experienced this myself and it took a serious toll on my health including heart attack, stroke, migraines along with many other stress related conditions that resemble the side effects that you hear about on T.V. commercials where they show happy people doing fun things while they tell you about all of the scary side effects that you could experience, that is if you survive after taking the medication.

The line becomes blurred between Agility and Fragility. The illusion is maintained so that it appears like everything is

Business as Usual . . .

but the reality is the side effects are starting to kick in and if not caught, diagnosed, and treated quickly may cause “serious impacts, including death.”

I see my role as the liaison between both worlds
